What is the most effective way to evaluate change risks?
I start with identifying a clear outcome or goal. It goes back to considering scope, time, cost, importance, and other dependencies based on the project. Once you have a clear finish line, you can see and measure each risk as it arises. Having a goal allows you to know how to mitigate the issue. This applies to all methodologies. Sometimes, it's about going back to the basics, even if the solution is incredibly large in scope.
