The Endocannabinoid System (ECS) is a system similar to the nervous and endocrine systems that helps maintain our body's balance. It regulates communication with our hormones and neurotransmitters, signaling them when to turn on or off. When we are unwell, we can rebalance our ECS to help regain control and improve how we feel.
To find balance, we'll ensure you're caring for yourself by focusing on nutrition, movement, fun, learning, connection, spirituality, and spending time outdoors.
