Integrative Wellness

Empower yourself through whole-person care.

Go beyond the diagnosis. As a health coach — and a Registered Nurse — Cheri turns complex medical and holistic ideas into plain-language wisdom across meditation, Reiki, diet, and movement, so you can become an active partner in your own wellness.

A whole-person approach

Many gentle paths, one trusted guide

Integrative wellness looks at more than any one condition. We focus on all the things that make life worth living — nutrition, movement, rest, connection, and ease — and choose the tools that fit your body and your goals. It doesn’t replace your medical care; it works right alongside it.

Every path here is guided by Cheri Sacks, RN, CDCES — a Registered Nurse, Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, Integrative Nurse Coach, Reiki practitioner, and Cannabis Nurse based in the San Francisco Bay Area. That means holistic options explained with real clinical depth, in plain language, without pressure or judgment.

Cannabis and CBD are one topic here among many — taught clearly and factually, alongside meditation, Reiki, diet, and exercise. You’re always free to explore only what feels right for you.

How it fits together

Supporting your body’s natural balance

Your body has an endocannabinoid system (ECS) — a network that helps keep you in balance across mood, sleep, pain, appetite, immune response, and stress. Many everyday choices — how you eat, move, rest, and manage stress — help that system do its job.

That’s the idea behind integrative wellness: small, doable habits, layered gently over time, that help your whole system settle. We start wherever you are today and add one path at a time.
